What we get from recycle?

images

Recycling involves processing used materials into new products to prevent waste of potentially useful materials, reduce the consumption of fresh raw materials, reduce energy usage, reduce air pollution and water pollution by reducing the need for “conventional” waste disposal, and lower greenhouse gas emissions as compared to virgin production.

Malaysians generate about 15000 tonnes of waste daily and much of solid waste that we throw away. We misspend so much money to buy used paper when we actually throw it away. Recycling give a lot of benefits. For example, it can solve the nation’s trash problems. By recycling we can cutting down the demand for new paper and hence the need to cut down more trees. Moreover, tree roots hold the soil in place to keep the nutrients in the soil from being waste away. Besides that, recycling can save resources includes water and electricity. It also creates employment opportunities for people. In addition, a less traveled course of thought on the practice of recycling is the benefit it brings in terms of space.

Parents Power….

As a teacher i keep thingking and take action to repair my pedagogy to make sure my student can learn more input and information. But i also realise about parents responsible at home. This is because a responsibilities to teaching does not on teachers but also parents. So, in this update i want to share with all parents about their power to raising children with self esteem.

Parents have both power and authority. Of course they have power because they are physically stronger, better at using words to get their way, can control the child’s access to mone, food, mobility, entertainment, psychologically and independence. It is a profoundly unequal relationship and the scope for abuse is vast.

Many of the problems which parents have in keeping an organised and calm home stem. Liberal parents who reject the available tools of parental power can end up throwing out their authority at the same time.

Use a tools of power. Power is a reality of life. The tools of power used by parents includes:-

• Physical – Hitting
Hurting
Damaging belongings

• Verbal – Bribery
Ridicule
Threats
Sarcasm
Shouting

• Emotional – Withdrawal
Witholding food, liberty

Using touch – touch is a very powerful tool, with the potential to either heal or hurt. Although touching is usually done silently, it is also a very powerful way to communicate.Get started with giving touches and not with giving taking or reciprocated touches. Examples of two way giving and taking touches are body embraces, holding hands, walking arm in arm even shaking hands. Examples of one way giving touches include :-

• sitting besides them while they watch tv
• casual body touches as a welcome when you see them after an absence
• sitting next to them in the car,
• sharing a bath if they are of an appropriate age
• sitting or lying on their bed next to them at bedtime

Give time to them – spend time with your children and keep watching about their activities and problems.

Avoid sabotage – example read to them, watch them as they doing it enjoy or is good, do things in parallel so talking is not necessary and nothing is a stake.

Be firm and clear – (friendly and loving)

Succeed as Part Time Student

As a part-time student, you might face a particularly difficult lifestyle: worker, student and social being. To effectively squeeze the responsibilities of the roles of worker and student into the tpical workday is hard enough. To accommodate relationship and home responsibilities as well become most difficult indeed. To succeed as a part time student you must take note and take action practically with this guide. But now i just want to share with you about time management strategies. Let’s started in order to make most effiecient use your time.

Firstly, minimise your wasted time. Secondly, maximise your study time. Thirdly, plan your tasks and budget your time. Finally, make the most of small bits of time at home, at work or while on-the-go between here and there. Below is ways for you to manage time.

  1. Planning Time
  2. Long Term Planning
  3. Daily Planning
  4. Planning your next week
  5. Source of wasted time

Planning Time : In order to cope with the task, trials and torments which confort most part-time students, you will need to become a proficient time and task planner. The pressure is certainly intense when you have three major responsibilities which is studying, working and managing personal relationship. The best way to maximise your effectiveness is these roles is to plan your time: in long term, over the next semester or several months, over a shorter period and in the next 24 hours.

Long Term Planning : For the part-time student, planning your time across the next semester and giving careful thought to your career plans can boost your motivation. Given the pressures of work and study, any boost will be appreciated. Some of the following planning suggestions might well boost your motivation and progress.

• Establish a career file and clip job and vocational articles which relate to you.
• Periodically leaf through the file and reassess your present position. Jobs and people change and you might want to make a move.
• Keep up to date with the job market in your area of work.
• Talk with people who are experienced in your career area
• Consider a transfer if your organisation is large and you can get more direct career experience in another department.
Planning your next week : Most people work comfortably and effectively by keeping the next week in mind and planning their movements accordingly. This is particularly true or part-time students who have obligations and responsibilities arising at work and in their studies.

Daily Planning : The most important period of time to plan is today. After planning the semester and then the next two weeks, writing out another plan might well sound pedantic. However, the time and energy you save by planning your movements over the next 24 hours will quickly justify the small effort.

Source of wasted time : Television time, telephone time, waiting time, commuting time, uninvited visitors.
