What should i do when backache attack me?

I had a lot of experience about back pain or backache in several time. I’m always had this pain while over doing some heavy activity or too long seat on chair. Surely all adults had a practical ,experience mild to serve pain in the back at one time or another. The structure and functions of the backbone or spine make the back prone to pain or injury. The spine which supports the body is made up of 33 separate bone (vertebrae) separated by cartilage called discs. It is surrounded by ligaments, muscles and nerves.

The common causes of back pain are muscles injury due to weak back muscles in the abdomen, poor posture, long periods of sittting, standing or stooping and lack of exercise. Although backache is often not serious and can be prevented easily, it can sometimes be due to diseases or injury of the spine, pelvic and abdominal diseases such as kidney stones or infections. The diseases of the bones or joints such as arthritis, tumours, obesity (which put stress on the spine), wearing high heels or menstrual or premenstrual pain, will result to back as well.

Some advice to prevent back pain and protect back

• Shift your position every thrity minutes or so when you sit, stand or stoop for long periods.
• Practise good posture to keep our back straight while sitting or standing.
• You must have a proper sleeping position and use a firm matters with good back support.
• When lifting heavy objects you must not bend to lift it, but lift the heavy object from a crouching position. Then, raise the weight by straightening the knees while keeping the back straight and the load close to the body.
• Ladies should avoid wearing high-heeled shoes.

Remedies for back pain

Have you had cholestrol problems?

This is what i afraid about. That’s why i too care about my healthy especially what food i taken for a day. One of cholesterol problems ia Atherosclerosis. This disease is the thickening of the walls of the arteries due the excess cholesterol which cannot be excreted fast enough by the blood circulatory system and are therefore deposited in artery walls. This substances build up in the inner lining of an artery is called plaque. The plaque can affect any artery but the most serious effects are in the heart, brain and kidney.

High cholesterol is a condition that can lead to serious disease if not checked. Cholesterol is a fatty substance that is normally produced in the human body. It is needed to form cell walls an to make many hormones. Low density lipoprotein (LDL) carries cholesterol to various parts of the body. LDL cholesterol is known as the bad cholesterol because a high level of it causes heart disease. Health problems start it the total blood cholesterol is continually high with more LDL cholesterol. There are usually no symptoms until the cholesterol deposits are big enough to cause partial or complete blockage of the arteries.

Each of us should prevent atherosclerosis with reduce weight. If overweight, a person should consume food with less fat. Fat intake can be reduced by:

• Using less oil in cooking
• Removing the skin and fat of poultry before cooking
• Avoiding deep frying food
• Using low fat or skimmed milk instead of full cream milk for cooking.

Eating less high-cholesterol food will also help to reduce the risk of atherosclerosis. Example of food containing high, moderate and low levels of cholesterol. Below is the description about that:

High cholesterol food : fat red meat, organ meat, hard cheese, whole milk, cream, eggs, shellfish, crabs, prawns, lobster, squid, chocolate, butter, lard, coconut oil and hard margarine.
Moderate cholesterol food : lean red meat, soft cheese, ice cream, cake, pastries, mayonnaise and egg noodles.

Remember one of the most important think is exercises. Make your life more healthy with low cholesterol food and exercises for long lasting life.

Amateur radio between communication service and hobby

Introduction

9b00337f41b20974

Amateur radio have made significant contributions to science, engineering, industry and social services. Amateur radio often called ham radio, is both a hobby and service that uses various types of radio communication equipment to communicate with others for public service, recreation and self-training. A participant is called an amateur radio operator or a ham.

Amateur radio operator enjoy personal wireless communications with each other and are able to support their communities with emergency and disaster communications if necessary, while increasing their personal knowledge of electronics and radio theory. An estimated six million people throughout the world are involved with amateur radio. Amateur here indicates that amateur radio communications are not allowed for commercial or money-making purpose.

History

Amateur radio can be traced to at least the late 1800s, but amateur radio as practiced today began in the 1920s. The birth of amateur radio was strongly associated with various amateur experimenters hobbyists. Throughout history, amateur radio enthusiasts have made significant contribution to science, engineering, industry and social services. Research by amateur radio, operators has founded new industries, built economies, empowered nations and saved lives in times of emergency.

Activities and practices

Radio amateurs use various modes of transmission to communicate. Voice transmissions are most common with some such as frequency modulation (FM) offering high quality audio and others such as single sideband (SSB) offering more reliable communications when signals are marginal and bandwidth is restricted. Radiotelegraphy using Morse Code is an activity dating to the earliest days of radio.

Technology has moved past the use of telegraphy in nearly all other communications and a code test is no longer part of United States (US) licensing for amateur radio. Hobbyists continue to enjoy the mode, particularly on the shortwave bands and for experimental work such as Moonbounce with its ingerent signal-to-noise ratio advantages.

Licensing

Radio Amateur operators are required to pass a licensing exam displaying knowledge and understanding of key concepts as a induction or introduction. In response, hams are granted operating privileges in large segments of the radio frequency spectrum using a wide variety of communication techniques with higher power levels permitted. The practice include CB radio, multi-use radio service or family radio service that require type approved equipment restricted in frequency range and power.

Take care of your teeth

Healthy gums do not bleed suddenly or when you brush your teeth, so bleeding gums are abnormal and meant that something is wrong. One form of scurvy is bleeding in the gums. Gums may be injured by brushing teeth using hard or splayed toothbrushed or by careless flossing. Gums may also bleed because of bacteria or plaque build up in the space between gum and teeth. Inflamed or infected gums bleed easily because there will be more blood cell to defend and fight off the bacteria.

In gingivitis, gums are inflamed and later spreads to the periodontium (tissues that support the teeth). If left untreated, it can cause the teeth to loosen, leading to loss of healthy teeth.

Scurvy is caused by a lack of vitamin C in the diet. There are various types of vitamin C supplements to treat bleeding gums. A person whose gums bleed or whose gums red, itchy, swollen and spongy (symptoms of gums disease) should see a dentist. He should see a doctor if he has sudden bleeding of bruising in the other parts of the skin (bleeding disorders).

The dentist would remove and clean the pockets of bacterial on dental plaque. He should also scale or polish your teeth to remove tartar (harder dental plaque). A tootbrush with soft bristles should be used. As soon as the bristles of a toothbrush become splayed out, the toothbrush should be replaced. Brushing and flossing teeth must be done properly in order to take care of the gum margins well.

How to floss:

• Take about 30cm of floss wind each and around your two middle fingers.using your thumb and forefinger and a slow sawing motion, slip the floss between the teeth.
• Direct the floss against the tooth, rubbing gently from the gum line to the top edge of the tooth. The same action should be carried out for all the other teeth.
• Flossing should be done before brushing teeth to get rid of food particles and plaque in areas where a toothbrush may not be able to reach.
• Flossing should be done gently so that delicate gums are not damaged. The floss should never be forced between the teeth where the gap is too small.

How to brush:

• Choose a toothbrush with a small head in order to reach all your teeth and gum margins.

• A good toothbrush should have medium nylon bristles with rounded ends.
• Frayed toothbrushes should be replaced or toothbrushes should be changed every 4 – 6 months.
• Toothpastes that contain fluride help to prevent tooth decay. You must brush your teeth after every meal and before going to bed at night.
• Brushing should be done in a systematic manner so that no area is neglected. The gums and the inner, outer and chewing surfaced ot the teeth should be brushed with a small circular motion.
